Position Overview

Job Type: Part-time (20-30 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

Our Front Desk Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our valued clients and will handle:

• Client Relations: Warmly greet clients, manage seating arrangements, and oversee checkout procedures
• Appointment Management: Handle phone communications and coordinate appointment scheduling system
• Sales Support: Assist with retail sales and perform various salon errands
• Operations Management: Maintain schedule organization and ensure smooth daily operations
• Digital Marketing: Create and manage social media advertising campaigns and promotional content
• Administrative Support: Handle filing and complete various administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Organizational Excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed schedules
• Sales Experience: Background in retail or service sales preferred
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Advanced skills in Canva for design work
  • Proficiency with Google Docs and Google Sheets
  • Social media platform management and marketing
• Customer Service: Outstanding customer care skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Communication: Professional and approachable personality with excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with salon operations and beauty industry marketing
• Experience with appointment booking systems
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques
• Background in social media content creation and management
